We have been traveling since Feb 17th and we will not return home until the 2nd of March. I will try to post something in the near future. We are very blessed with safety through all of our flying and driving. The children are all feeling well!!

Lots and lots of snow!!!!

Donna and April worked hard clearing sidewalks and helping neighbors dig out their vehicles

Some people were walking up and down the streets brushing off vehicles because they couldn't tell which one was theirs

For some of these people it may have been their first snow...ever. One guy was trying to "shovel" his car out with a 12" pizza pan. Other people were using dust pans. That wasn't working well either because the plastic was getting cold and brittle resulting in their "shovel" breaking.
One guy who owned a car thought he would just drive right out of the huge wall of snow without the assistance of using a shovel first. Did it work? Let's just say there was a huge cloud of smoke and the smell of burning rubber. The only direction he moved was down as his tire which seemed to be spinning at approx 180mph burned through the snow and was then burning itself up on the asphalt.

We are planning to move out of the city April 1st and spend a month in PA tying up a bunch of loose ends and spending time with family and friends. May 4th we are planning on leaving the country. Lot's of decisions need to be made!! We desire much wisdom and sensitivity to our Father's voice!!

May 4th we are out of here!!!!!

Today I bought our plane tickets!! That adds an air of excitement around here!! To you that may seem like quite a bit of time till May gets here but to me I'm wondering if everything will get done. It will, however there is a lot that needs to happen between now and them. Please pray for our safety as we need to travel a lot between now and then and wisdom and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit as we make many important decisions.
